1. Sponsor

AXIS-Y Co., Ltd. ("AXIS-Y," "we," or "Sponsor"), 83-13, Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The Challenge is administered by AXIS-Y's brand team. The Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or ByteDance Ltd.

2. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of AXIS-Y, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, and marketing partners, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their country or jurisdiction of residence. AXIS-Y reserves the right to determine eligibility and to disqualify any entry where participation, prize fulfillment, or winner confirmation would be prohibited, restricted, or otherwise not permitted under applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or platform rules.

3. Entry Period

The Challenge begins on May 20, 2026 at 18:00 KST and ends on June 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM KST (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, entrants may enter by posting one (1) publicly viewable Reel on Instagram or video on TikTok that includes: (i) their AXIS-Y Skin Climate result from the AXIS-Y Skin Climate Quiz (Thirsty Skin Society, Dewy Mode, or Handle With Care), and (ii) a skincare ritual or routine that helps their skin feel balanced.

No purchase of AXIS-Y products is required to enter and will not increase chances of winning.

To be eligible, entrants must tag AXIS-Y's official account — @axisy_official on Instagram or @axisy on TikTok — and include the hashtag #TheClimateOfYou. The entrant's Instagram or TikTok account must remain public for the duration of the Entry Period for the entry to be reviewed and considered eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per platform.

5. Prizes

• Three (3) Grand Prizes: A 2-night, 3-day (2N3D) trip for one (1) winner to Seoul, South Korea, including round-trip economy-class airfare from the major international airport nearest the winner's primary residence, two (2) nights of standard hotel accommodation, and round-trip airport-to-hotel ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value per Grand Prize: [USD $3,000]. Travel must be completed within the calendar year 2026, on travel dates determined by AXIS-Y. Inability or unwillingness to travel within 2026 may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
• Twenty (20) Secondary Prizes: An AXIS-Y "The Climate of You" PR Kit. Approximate Retail Value per kit: [USD $100]. PR Kits will be shipped only to countries serviced by AXIS-Y's fulfillment partners; if a winner resides in a country to which AXIS-Y cannot ship the kit, AXIS-Y may, at its sole discretion, substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value or award an alternate winner.

Total Approximate Retail Value across all prizes: [USD $11,000].

Travel dates, itinerary, airline, and accommodations are determined at AXIS-Y's sole discretion. Grand Prize winners are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visa where required), travel insurance, meals not included in the prize, gratuities, incidentals, and any applicable taxes. Age, travel, and shipping restrictions apply. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent except at AXIS-Y's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by panel judging based on stated criteria between June 15 – June 19, 2026. AXIS-Y will notify winners via Instagram or TikTok direct message within five (5) days of selection. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification and complete required documentation, including (where lawful) an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release.

Skill-testing requirement (Canada): Where required by local law, including for winners residing in Canada (excluding Quebec), the winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim their prize.

Failure to respond, comply, or complete any required documentation may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of AXIS-Y, which are final and binding in all matters. AXIS-Y reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, machine-generated, in violation of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law.

Entrants warrant that their submission is their original work and does not infringe any third party's rights. By entering, you grant AXIS-Y a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submission and your name/handle in connection with the Challenge and AXIS-Y's marketing for two (2) years from the date of entry, except where prohibited by local law.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with AXIS-Y's Privacy Policy at axis-y.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws have additional rights, including rights to access, correct, or delete their personal data. 10. Liability and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release AXIS-Y, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Challenge or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Challenge shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of an entrant's home jurisdiction provide otherwise.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability arising out of or related to the Challenge.

13. Winners List

The winners list will be announced through AXIS-Y's official social media accounts — @axisy_official on Instagram and @axisy on TikTok — on or after June 23, 2026. Winners may also be contacted directly by AXIS-Y through Instagram or TikTok direct message or another contact method provided during the winner confirmation process.
